"Usadba" is a family outdoor recreation in a closed area of 4 hectares with a park area, a swimming pool and a playground and a restaurant. The four-star country hotel "Usadba" is located in a picturesque location not far from Kaliningrad.
Four star suburban hotel "Usadba" was built in a place called Nesselbek ("Nettle brook") in the nineteenth century. The hotel "Usadba" has 50 comfortable rooms located in two buildings, overlooking the garden, pool and park area. Furniture and lighting are meticulously selected by the designers for maximum comfort and harmony. The interior is distinguished by "the modest charm of the bourgeoisie": antique and modern furniture created according to the sketches of designers. Remoteness from the city, warm colors in the interior and soft light create the atmosphere of a country house.
Restaurant "Usadba" - this is an excellent home Russian cuisine and European restaurant service. In summer, the chefs use products grown in their own vegetable garden, which is located just a few meters from the complex.
